Sorry I'm alittle late posting today but i ended up doing a sewing class with Jenna who is soon to be a stampin up demonstrator, Jenna is very enthusiastic and is already doing craft workshops and stalls etc .
Then two of my ladies turned up for a class a week early so of course that was a great excuse for a natter and a coffee.
Well day 3 of my punch art and this card has been influenced by Julie Kettlewells card, I've just added my own twist . (Thank you julie)

Punch Art Dinosaur

Hi Everyone, Last day of the holidays  which I've really enjoyed i really could get used to crafting and not working for a living.........lol.....

Happy Bank Holiday,
                                 I feel really guilty as i haven't watched the jubilee celebrations or even taken part in any celebrations. But i have enjoyed  having a few days chilling........

Its my friends daughters 18th next Saturday I've already made the bunting so i needed to make the card, apparently she loves sponge bob square pants . Punch art is ideal for this style of card even though its quite time consuming. Please watch my blog all week as I'm hoping to post a punch art card each day.

Hi Everyone and Happy Jubilee Weekend,
                                                         My husband and I decided we wanted to do something together so we bought a marine tank. We have bought quite a large tank which will take us some time to build up up to the marine aquarium we are aimimg for. Corals and anenmomes will be the main items but crabs, fish and shrimps will be added.
In hindsight we should have maybe read up alittle on marine life as i didn't expect it to be so complicated.
All the rock in the tank is live and we had to buy special water which has been filtered three times. 
We then had to add the rock and water and leave for a few days and then test the water.
 Wednesday came and we could add some crabs so we added 4 hermit crabs this was so stressful as apparently they fight if one crab takes a fancy to another ones shell they will literally drag the crab out of the shell and climb in.
Thursday we had a small red crab on the floor of the tank so we assumed it had died but we still counted 4 live crabs. Friday two red crabs appeared again we thought were dead.
What a stressful week , Saturday arrived and off to the pet shop we went.
A lovely guy at the shop explained that crabs shed their skin and the move to a new tank could have caused this premature shedding. Phew..........

Anyway i'm going to share this venture with you all over the next few months.

                    It will soon be end of term and my youngest daughter leaves school and will be starting college, its so scary how time flies. Bakers Twine and Designer Buttons Share

                    Hope you are all fit and well.  Just a quick post to explain my shares. Over the last six months i have been doing shares of products from the stampin up catalogues. The members of my classes love this idea it means they can have all the colours of each product from the price of one item. I know that doesn't make sense I'm useless at explaining ideas. Eg my share this month is the designer buttons and bakers twine, you will receive 22 metres of bakers twine alittle taster from each colour for £2.50.  You will also receive 72 designer buttons which includes regals, brights,subtles etc £8.75. If you order both you will save 25pence and total cost is £10.00. 
I over free p&p on all my shares. Watch out for the next ruffles ribbon share.

Apothecary

I'm back again with the gorgeous Apothecary Stamp set. I'm showing my ignorance i had no idea what Apothecary meant and i must admit it took me a while to actually pronounce it properly....

Well i will stop rambling and show you a photograph i know these papers are discontinued but i just love them.
Ive used the new framelits dies(£24.95) on this card i must admit i was quite surprised at the size of these dies, very versatile.

The Open Sea

Well, its Monday morning again how come weekends go so fast.......
I recently had 3 cheeky Saturday afternoon classes using the open Sea Stamp set from the new mini catalogue . As soon as i saw this stamp set i knew i would have to buy it as i love making male cards.
Ive enclosed some photographs to show you what i made using this set. All stampin up products used apart from candle and tile... If you would like details of this class please email me....

The Open Sea

Hi Everyone,
                  Sorry haven't posted for awhile ive been alittle preoccupied. My mum had a heartache and needed two stents inserted, so im been travelling between Darlington , Middlesbrough and Bishop Auckland for the last 10 days.  Thankfully she is okay but needs to make some serious lifestyle changes
to hopefully prevent any more damage. My mum makes me laugh as she has had a heartache had angigrams been transfered from one hospital to another then had surgery and the only complaint she had was the ham salad they left her when she had surgery. lol x
  Anyway ive took her home where her husband will look after her so back to alittle crafting i so need to de-stress and crafting is perfect for that.

  These are belated photographs form a class i had 3 weeks ago we made the gorgeous backpack using the large scallop circle die for the big shot. Bye for now take care and keep crafting jx
